Gail Risbridger

Professor Gail Risbridger is an NH&MRC Research Fellow, career academic with >25 years’ experience in Prostate Cancer research and Men’s Health. She currently heads the Prostate Cancer Research Group at Monash University, leading an internationally recognised team of scientists and clinicians working on prostate cancer and Andrology related projects. She is one of Australia’s leading prostate cancer researchers and pioneered the use of stem cells for recombination studies combining stem cell biology with endocrinology. She has over >200 career publications and has received highly prestigious awards that include an International Fulbright Senior Scholar Award and British Endocrine Society Asia-Oceania Medal.
