Colin Nancarrow

Colin gained his Ph.D in the Department of Animal Physiology at Waite Institute of the University of Adelaide under Dr Robert Seamark. His postdoctoral fellowship was from The Population Council at the Rockefeller University, New York, from 1969 to 1971. 

Colin dedicated his life career to CSIRO Division of Animal Production at Prospect, New South Wales, where he was Senior Principal Research Scientist, a group leader and a pioneer in ovine oviducal biology and ovine genetic engineering. His research interests spanned superovulation, genetic engineering, oestrus associated oviducal factors, uterine biology and embryology.
